Volunteer
Our community advocates are an integral part of the LifeCenter Northwest family. They volunteer their time to work with communities served by LifeCenter Northwest, to help bring an understanding of how donation can be a bridge between the loss of life and gift of life.
Community advocates come to us in many different ways—as members of donor families, transplant recipients, waiting list patients, living donors, or just interested community members. All of our community advocates work to promote the life-saving power of organ, eye, and tissue donation and transplantation.
Here are a few examples of how community advocates help LifeCenter Northwest spread the word about donation to the communities we serve:
- community speaker
- high school education speaker
- volunteer at informational booths
- office assistant
