LifeCenter Northwest’s Corporate Compliance Program is a series of guidelines designed to detect and prevent violations of law by its employees, officers, representatives, and agents with emphasis on the highest ethical standards, conduct, and integrity in the performance of duty. The Program includes a Code of Conduct that addresses the following:

• Protection of assets
• Standards for recovery surgeons
• Appropriate business relationships
LifeCenter Northwest has, therefore, established and publicized an anonymous web form and telephone hotline (1-877-330-6470) whereby individuals can report any suspected violation or ask questions when there is an issue regarding actions or conduct that might violate the law or the Corporate Compliance Program.
