How do I apply?

What if I don’t have a formal resume?
If you do not currently have a resume, we would strongly advise you to create one as it will give us the best preview of your qualifications and skills.

What is your interview process?
The process begins with a general interview with the hiring manager. Should you move on to the next round, you will participate in a panel interview including the hiring manager and peers that pertain to the role. LifeCenter Northwest conducts references and background checks on all suitable applicants.

How should I dress for the interview?
Business casual is appropriate for all interviews.

Where are you located?
LifeCenter Northwest has three office locations: our headquarters in Bellevue, Washington as well offices in Spokane, Washington and Missoula, Montana.

Do you have any tips on interviewing at LifeCenter Northwest?
We generally ask behavioral-based questions. Please come prepared to discuss your previous career experiences. In addition, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete an employment application. Most important, be yourself!
