Kevin J. O’Connor
President & CEO
Collaborative leadership, teamwork, and innovation have flourished at LifeCenter Northwest since Kevin O’Connor joined in January 2010. He is committed to leading LifeCenter Northwest to greater heights by collaborating with some of the best hospitals and transplant programs in the country. Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked in the field since 1983.
Kevin is guiding LifeCenter Northwest to save more lives by challenging the status quo, using data to drive planning and implementation, and setting the standard of working hard and enjoying the journey. When asked what inspires him most about his job, Kevin says, “working with remarkable people who are passionate about helping others in need—and knowing that together, we are making a difference.”
Kevin is enjoying living in one of the most beautiful places in the world—the great Pacific Northwest.

John H. Klein
Vice President & CFO
LifeCenter Northwest is fortunate to have John Klein at the helm of the company’s finances, with his extensive skills in financial reporting and analysis. John joined the company in February 2008 and brings over 30 years of experience to the organization. The recipient of The Wall Street Journal Award, John is known for being a hard worker and decision-maker, and he has brought LifeCenter Northwest to a new level of fiscal excellence.
When asked what inspires him most about his job, John says, “What could be more important than waking up in the morning and going to work for an organization whose mission is to “save lives”—and then actually does it?!”

Megan Clark
Vice President, Program Development & External Affairs
Megan is a seasoned professional dedicated to promoting positive relationships between partner organizations, customers, and the community. Her talent for building teams with integrity and inspiring staff with a vision is propelling the organization to new heights. Megan is committed to saving more lives through innovative programs and quality relationships. Having worked in donation since 2004, coupled with more than 11 years of experience in public relations and marketing, she brings extensive experience to the LifeCenter Northwest team.
What makes her the perfect fit for the role of Vice President, Program Development & External Affairs? It’s Megan’s passion for the work. “There aren’t many careers where you can walk away at the end of the day and say ‘I helped save a life today’ or ‘I helped a family in crisis’ but that’s exactly what I get to do at LCNW and it’s an honor,” says Megan.
When asked what inspires her most about her job, she says, “The courage of donor families and the incredible impact they have not only on the lives of recipients, but on our community as a whole.”
